My Counselling Service - How I Work

I work with individuals across a broad range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and different sexual identities following British Association of Counselling of Psychotherapy code of ethics
I work on an open ended basis or for an agreed time period. My aim is to provide a safe and non-judgemental environment in which you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, hopefully leading to healthier choices and an improved sense of balance in your life.

I'm currently in my 7th and final year doing a BA/Diploma in Person Centred Counselling at The Metanoia Institute in Ealing, West London. Metanoia is a well established institution and has the reputation for being one of the most respected training organisations for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK.

My counselling experience includes working with clients with issues around work related difficulties, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, alcohol and drugs, obesity, anorexia and bulimia.

I have gained experience in working with a wide range of emotional issues, and I have specialist knowledge with bereavement, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.

I am a member of the BACP and abide by its code of ethics and practices.
